Receptionist    : Good morning, Doctor Strange’s office. Can may I help you?
Rachel             : Could I speak with Dr. Strange?
Receptionist    : Who is speaking?
Rachel             : I’m Rachel. Dr. Strange’s patient.
Receptionist    : Ok, wait a minute….
Dr. Strange      : Speaking
Rachel             : Hello Strange. I’m Rachel. I want to invite you to lunch in the cafĂ© on Monday at 12 pm.
Dr. Strange      :Oh yaa.. I’ll call you later.
Rachel             : Okay.
…… back to receptionist….
Rachel             : I think Dr. Strange is meeting. I wanna leave a message message to her.
Receptionist    : What is a message?
Rachel             : I would meet with Dr. Strange on Wednesday at 3 pm.
Receptionist    : Well.. I will convey your message to Dr. Strange.
Rachel             : Thank you for your help.
Receptionist    : Youre welcome.


MAKE IN APPOINTMENT
Receptionist    : Good Morning. What can I do for your Miss?
Caller               : Good Morning. I’m Laudya. I am here to meet Dr. Strange to check my eyes.
Receptionist    : Have you made the appointment with her?
Caller               : Yes, I have. Yesterday I called her and she told me to her office at 10 o’clock.
Receptionist    : But now Dr. Strange is still attending th meeting. Would mind waiting her?
Caller               : Hmm, how long ha sit been? And what time does the over?
Receptionist    : It started at 9 o’clock ad probably will be over at 12 o’clock.
Caller               : I cannot wait for her until 12 o’clock. I’d like to change my appointment with her. Can you rearrange the appointment for me?
Receptionist    : With my pleasure miss. Let me check her schedule first. Hmm how about tomorrow at 9 o’clock? She will be available.
Caller               : Ok. Tomorrow at 9 o’clock. Thanks.
Receptionist    : You’re welcome.


RESCHEDULE
Receptionist    : Good afternoon. Dr. Strange office. Can may I help you?
Laudya                        : Good afternoon. I have a doctor’s appointment scheduled with Dr. Strange, and I need to change it.
Receptionist    : What day did you have it scheduled for?
Laudya                        : My appointment was on Tuesday.
Receptionist    : What time was it scheduled for?
Laudya                        : It was for 9 o’clock in the morning.
Receptionist    : I see your appointment. What day would you like to switch to?
Laudya                        : I would like to switch it to next Friday.
Receptionist    : What time would you like?
Laudya                        : I would like to come in at 10 o’clock in the morning.
Receptionist    : Fine, I will pencil that in right now. We will see you then.
Laudya                        : Thank you.
