I have recently ordered a new pair shoes (item #999) from your website on Januari 5th. I received the order on Januari 10th. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that the shoes were used. The shoes had dirt all over it and there was a small tear in front of the pat where the left toe would go. My order number is 15ml.

To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my shoes; I have already went out and bought a new pair shoes at my local shoes so sending another would result in me having two pairs of the same shoes.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Niken Ayu Wiguna. I live in Bekasi. I was born in Bekasi, on January 30th, 1997. Now, I am a student of Accounting faculty Gunadarma University level 3. So, I interesting in calculate than read a book. I had been follow MYOB Course. It was a new experience to me. And now I wanna tell you how to make a good Curriculum Vitae & Cover Letter.

Basic rules to introduce yourself.
-          - Convey words with polite
-          - Use a body gesture which fits local customs and culture
-          - Avoid conveying negative things
-          - Begin by shaking hands if direct introduction
-          - Starting with the greeting ( Hi, Hallo, Assalamualaikum) if in a public place


HOW TO MAKE A GOOD CURRICULUM VITAE?
1. CV should be able to market your skills. CV should highlight your qualifications and experience.

2. CV should not focus on the past. CV should represent who you are and your current skills.

3. Emphasis should be given to your plans for the future and how to achieve that goal.

4. Instead of merely lists the jobs you do, CV should emphasize what achievements you have accomplished while doing the job.

5. CV should reflect your skills and abilities, not just act normal everyday at work.
